Jennifer VirgaJennifer Virga

Jennifer Virga is the Chief Executive Officer of Metronome, which she founded with her husband in May of 2011. Metronome provides IT and Intelligence services to customers within the Federal, Civil and Department of Defense markets. Prior to establishing Metronome, Jennifer worked in healthcare management for over 12 years. Her experience building and supervising large, diverse teams has aided Metronome in instituting a world-class company culture and leadership team. Jennifer graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Pittsburgh. Aside from being a successful CEO, she adores spending time with her two young daughters, her husband and her loveable golden retriever Rucca.

 

 


Virgil VirgaVirgil Virga

Virgil Virga is Metronome’s President and together with his wife, founded Metronome in May of 2011. Prior to creating Metronome, Virgil was the first employee and subsequent VP of SGIS, where he assisted in growing the start-up company into a 100M+ government contracting firm, which was acquired in late 2010. His 12 years of experience within the Intelligence Community has been invaluable to Metronome’s exponential growth to date. He prides himself on cultivating a company with strong core values, that gives employees opportunities to grow and lead. To the Virgas, Metronome’s strong and unique culture is the leading factor in allowing their Metronome team to grow together, support one another, work with passion and keep government projects pulsing. When Virgil is not looking for the next great Metronome employee or finding new and exciting ways to motivate his team, he is playing his guitar, singing with his two young daughters and spending time with his family.

 


Susan ParrSusan Parr

Executive VP

 

Susan Parr is Metronome’s Executive Vice President. Susan began her Government contracting career in 2005, with one of the fastest growing small business defense contractors in the industry. Before joining Metronome in June of 2013, she was managing all business processes for a $60 Million Intelligence business unit. Susan graduated with a Criminal Justice degree from Old Dominion University. Susan’s work ethic is unmatched; few people show the passion, diligence and overall dedication to their work and the company at large than Susan Parr. Outside the walls of Metronome, Susan and her husband spend their free time remodeling a home and being avid volunteers in the community. Susan is most passionate about her role as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA), an organization that advocates for abused and neglected children.
